Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using RizQ. RizQ provides professional network tools and information; it does not replace a driver's judgment, legal obligations or emergency services.
1. The RizQ service
RizQ provides professional networking, contextual road intelligence, driver utilities and related features for eligible passenger drivers. Features may evolve as the network develops.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information about yourself and, where required, your professional driving eligibility. Access to specific features may depend on verified professional information or other governed eligibility requirements.
3. Driver responsibility
You remain responsible for your driving, safety decisions, legal compliance, vehicle operation and interactions with passengers or other members. Do not use RizQ in a way that distracts from safe driving.
4. Network information
Road observations and network intelligence may be incomplete, delayed or changed by current conditions. Treat them as decision support, not as guarantees about traffic, safety, availability or future conditions.
5. Coverage
Coverage helps eligible drivers share professional work opportunities. RizQ does not act as an employer, transportation carrier, payment processor or escrow service for member-to-member Coverage arrangements unless a future service expressly states otherwise. Contact details you receive through Coverage may be used only for that job; if you share them with anyone else, you are responsible for doing so.
6. Assistance
Driver Assistance is voluntary peer support. A member who responds is not acting as police, emergency medical personnel or another public safety authority, and members should not place themselves or others in danger.
7. Safety features
Safety Watch and Emergency Distress are safety-support features. Activating RizQ safety tools does not mean that 911, police or emergency responders have been contacted. If immediate danger exists, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
8. Accounts and access
Keep your account information accurate and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use RizQ to harass, threaten, deceive, stalk, discriminate against, exploit or endanger another person; interfere with the service; submit intentionally false safety information; or use network information for unauthorized tracking.
10. Availability
RizQ may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or limited by network connectivity, device conditions, maintenance or third-party systems. Safety-critical interfaces must be treated according to the state actually shown by the product.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. RizQ may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk; where possible, RizQ will tell you why in the app.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as RizQ evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the published terms and their effective date. Continued use after an applicable update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
